Ingredients of Seeriya Triphala Capsule

•  Amlaki-/Amla/ Indian Gooseberry (Emblica Officinalis Gaertn.) 
•  Vibhitaki / Bellirica Myrobalan (Terminalia bellirica Roxb.) 
•  Haritaki / Chebulic Myrobalan (Terminalia chebula Retz.) 

Dosage of Seeriya Triphala Capsule

Take 2 capsules twice or thrice daily after food or as directed by the physician.

Side Effects

Triphala is a mild laxative ad generally does not cause any side effects. If taken in a higher than the recommended dosage, it can cause gas, diarrhea, cramps, stomach upset, and many other gastrointestinal effects.
